- CEO and CTO are 2 of the most "shady" persons I ever met. They focus on spending the less as possible and don't invest; - They apply techniques so they pay less taxes for your salary (e.g: "imaginary" kilometers map); - CFO is common to make mistakes with your payslip; - Some team members think they are building a product for themselves and so they take decisions without knowledge of their superiors; - Not all employees are treated equally (developers have better respected from management)
