      Pros

      Easy work. Money salary consistent. Balance of life and OTR work . Good equipment. Constance dispatching Bonus based on performance

      Cons

      Money will stay the same. Amazon routes are constantly but not timing set. Schedule is not set , time may constantly change. Working mostly Weekends for sure.
