Pros

Working here has been a great experience. The entire team fosters an open-door culture—everyone is approachable and always willing to talk through questions or concerns. The collaborative environment makes it easy to share ideas and problem-solve together. We also celebrate wins as a team every week during a company-wide meeting, which really helps build a positive and motivated atmosphere. On top of that, the monthly bonuses are a great perk that show the company values our contributions. It’s a truly supportive and team-oriented place to work.

Cons

While the hard work is recognized and well-compensated, it may not be the right fit for someone looking to do the bare minimum or avoid collaboration.

Pros

- Nothing. This place is bait and switch. They hire clinicians from out of state to accept awful hourly rates. The lead HR lady is very unprofessional and needs mental health support.

Cons

- poor pay, no breaks, heavy caseload, politics and favoritism, i was encouraged to bill falsely by the billing department and was told it was a business first
