Pros
Flexible hours and relaxed environment. The office is well decorated and well maintained but lacks personality shine to the management's policies on decorating. Free coffee.
Cons
Salaries are on the low end and raises are laughable. With less than 100 employees and almost 20 Vice Presidents this organization will die a slow death. Terrible leadership and no strategic plan. This company is doomed, following an outdated business model and losing major clients left and right.
