Pros
1. The selection process is not that difficult... They have many branches - so you can work in different locations 2. The company is a 100+ years aged firm. They are public limited company...
Cons
1. Marwadi management - they don't care about anything except money. Very poor employee privilege, medical insurance etc.... 2. They don't invest in new technology. They have some existing customers and they work with them. No growth 3. They are providing below average basic salary, below average EPF etc... 4. Offices looks like old government offices
