Cons

Josh dedicated too many resources into the franchise, so the main office as well as its Buxmont branch lost its touch. Zero enforcing of anything remotely even close to their safety policy, despite several office staff having full time duties and meetings dedicated to safety. They'll tell you lies about company culture and never follow through with any of their promises. They'll also make you work multiple jobs in thunder, lightening, freezing rain, snow and any circumstance where production workers would get easily hurt, and they did get hurt. Production workers are treated like replaceable objects to earn higher projections. Rarely people with the most experience and leadership qualities have little voice in company debates and policy. Maintenance duties including basic SOPs like chain sharpening, taking inventory, maintaining equipment in an un-heated bay all needed special permission or you were accused of soaking up the clock. Above all, they took 30 min out of your paycheck EVERY DAY, but expect you to work through it to get jobs in on time. Essentially stealing your labor while avoiding getting in trouble by law and looking the other way when its brought to attention.
