The area managers, some managers and some staff are awful. Everyone looks down on each other. If you have potential or even previous management experience they do not help you progress at all. They will tell you they will give you training and they do not. Their salaries are awful especially for the amount of work they require from you.
They don't want to listen to ideas or they tell you to put it all down in a detailed email which they never look at. The staff haven't had new uniforms in over a year, but expect you to wear uniform to work. It's a joke working for this company and I come from having management experience and just wanted something less demanding we'll I was wrong.
My advice is to stay away they are not a nice company to work for. No wonder they have such high staff turnover.
