A lot of work to do; gainfully employed. Some very nice coworkers. Hours are somewhat flexible. The location is in a very busy city with lots of things to do and places to eat, etc. Able to leave early to attend medical appointments or children functions, but then again almost ever other employer allows this.

Pay is substandard for what they expect from you (even based on experience and education); holidays off are barely the minimum offered at other companies; little, if any, advancement opportunities. Poor healthcare benefits! Company operations are run their way with no input from those with great insight into the issues and problems. Poor on-boarding process with new employees; poor training. No concrete procedures - they operate on a whim and allow low level employees to decide how the company operates. Very snide management members - very condescending. Micromanaged.
