Pros
Some hardworking co-workers who are team players (although they're all leaving) and convenient location.
Cons
Standards and practice are not consistent. Rules change, all emphasis placed on them rather than valued employee expertise and work quality. Can't get your work done and work with others to do so without crossing firm protocol. Employees are given competing instructions, then disciplined when attempting to follow them. It's a catch-22. Since staff and firm administration changed, staff morale has dropped and continues to fall dramatically. Computer system not working interferes with doing work and they won't hire enough staff to cover the timekeepers, so work isn't able to be completed.
