Limited options for full time work

All of the kids are brilliant and getting to work with them is the highlight of the job.

The salary is minimal. You are often asked to purchase materials for groups and there is no effort from the company to repay you for this. You are expected to come to work early to prepare for the day.. also unpaid. You are given a break of fifteen minutes and will be reprimanded in front of others if they believe you have taken even one more minute than necessary. The work is hard physically and mentally and there is almost no support from the company. There is an incredibly high staff turnover rate and you can see why. One tutor interviewed for a higher position, which was then given to another tutor 9who had not even interviewed). This job is good for experience but I would advise to avoid unless you are desperate.
