There is no pros they donot give a crap about you and will fire you without any explanation

The vibe at this place is very unfriendly they donot stick to there own core values

Dear Reviewer I realize perception is reality and this response is not meant to sway your opinion, it's simply an offer to help you with your job search. We do not hire quickly. We have a four-stage interviewing process where candidates are tested and background check for both job skills and for culture fit. We are also now offering trial hires for new candidates so they can come to work here for a day or a week, or even up to two weeks depending on the position, and experience first-hand how we take care of our customers. Then both parties, Jones Services and the candidate can decide if this is a good fit for both of us. We always look for a win-win situation. We are the right company for you and you are the right employee for us. Our four stages of interviewing plus our trial hires are all designed to prevent a mis-hire. We want every employee to have a happy and successful career at Jones Services. I’m sorry we were not doing trial hires back in July if this would have prevented a mis-hire at that time. Pros

I definitely do not have anything good to say about this company.

Cons

They are cons. No longer a family owned business that pours hundreds of thousands of dollars into online advertising. They promote top notch software and equipment at hiring which is does not happen. The vehicles provided are poorly maintained and poorly stocked. Management have weekly meetings about unethical procedures and revenue competitions that do not get honored. You are required to work hours unpaid and with constant pressure of unethical sales and phone calls.
