This is an exciting time at Jones/NCTI. Under new leadership we have shifted our foscus to technology, we are embracing Agile methodology and moving at lightening speed. It is truly rewarding to be part of the growth and transformation of this company. We have outstanding products that we continue to improve upon and we have a great reputation in our industry. We have a lot to be proud of and a lot to look forward to as we continue to grow. As individuals, we work really well together and we have a lot of fun. "Old Boys Club"??? Not anymore. Our Executive Team and Leadership Teams are split evenly between men and women.
Cons
As I mentioned before, we are moving at lightening speed. Growth spurts come with growing pains and sometimes it can be difficult to manage/deal with. I think that is reality for any company, not just ours. There is opportunity for growth but, it IS a small company so you have to really work hard for what you want to achieve. Yes, salaries could be better.
