Pros
My coworkers have been great to work with, but I can't say the same thing for the company itself. Working here has been a huge mistake, and I regret ever applying for a position here in the first place. I'm leaving as soon as I get the chance to.
Cons
Workloads are overwhelming. I've been exhausted and burned out ever since I started working here because of how many tasks management expects us to do, and they don't even bother providing us with any support! I've had to work overtime just to stay on schedule; I don't even get paid for the extra hours I end up having to work.
The pay is awful compared to other companies. It doesn't reflect how heavy my workload is. There aren't a lot of benefits, and not much room for growth.
The leadership is toxic. They couldn't care less about employees' well-being at all, and every decision they make is a selfish one. They set unrealistic expectations all the time, and when their demands aren't met, they yell at employees for being lazy and incompetent.
