Nice, young atmosphere - Software Engineer Jolly Tech Employee Review

Jolly Tech is a great place to work because of its supportive culture. The top management has not lost focus of the employees' wellbeing while chasing ambitious goals. A job with Jolly Tech looks good on my resume because I get a chance to write about the company's innovative products.

I can't see any particular shortcomings, looking from the employees' point of view. Maybe they should use an online project management platform. Makes things more organized.

Great place to work. I was able to accomplish the entirety of my job remotely and the management were very willing to accommodate any changes I needed to make to my schedule. Great communication from my coworkers as well as from the CEO. The company has been organized to work well from a remote position if that is what you are looking for.

Remote work can blend your home life and work life together, but it allows a level of personal freedom you don't really get when you work in an office. But we all know that now, with Covid-19 I guess...
