      Great teams that are very helpful and friendly. Haven't met an unhelpful person. The organization does promote continual professional development and offers a variety of internal/ external courses.

      Cons

      Difficult to increase the salary and although there are many courses and ways of expanding your skills, sometimes the workload means you don't have the time.

      I really enjoyed my time at JNCC, the culture is inclusive and everyone is happy to help and answer questions. It's the best employer I've ever worked for.
