      Pros

      Work here as a last resort and keep looking for a job. Manufactures many types of textiles so the opportunity to learn new skills is excellant.

      Cons

      No quality of life. Current CEO only works three days a week and expects associates to work seven days a week.

      Pros

      I have worked here for 1 year. The company was very welcoming and made me immediately feel like I was part of the team. CEO and upper management are very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about this industry. I have learned so much in the short time that I have been here and still learn something new every day. I absolutely love my job here. Birchel Brown is no longer the CEO of this company so I am not sure why he is listed on here as CEO. I never met Birchel so when I say I approve of the CEO, I am referring to the current CEO, Jim Morelli.

      So far, none. Great company to work for. No complaints.
