Pros
This is my first job out of college so after some time being here things can change. People around you are fairly helpful and approachable. Big company name will impress on the resume and the compensation is fair. It seems like there is a lot of different things one can get into, but I have not seen it for myself.
Cons
Processes are convoluted and always changing. It seems like you would have to brown nose to get higher and higher. I wish the benefits would be better and easier to obtain, such as more vacation days. Because the company is fairly large, the operating companies within J&J make it feel like there are separate entities all together. This can cause poor perception of each operating company, especially between the business and service companies.
