The owner forces religion on the employees. They pay their employees substantially less than other companies in the surrounding area. You have no free time when you work for them. When they ask you to work out of town or on weekends and you say no for any reason even a personal one they threaten you with being fired. Expect looong workdays without a break except for a lunch. The management team does not respect their workers and it shows in their moral. They can't retain workers for more than a few months at a time or if that. 0 chance for advancement, or a raise no matter what was promised to you when you were hired.
