Not worth it - Roofer Johnson Roofing Employee Review

The supervisors are degrading to field employees, and hold a preference to employees that snich on each other. There is no trust with the superintendents or the project managers. If there is a rain day the company expects you to show up to the shop just for you to get sent home after waiting up to 2 hours. If you need to take the day off they will either try and talk you out of it, or shame you when you get back. Most companies start your time when you get there, not them. You may be there for 1-2 hours just sitting waiting for instructions while off the clock, still performing tasks for them.
