      Great people, excellent facilities and freedom to work. Lots of opportunities for initiating new objectives and encouragement from the technical managers. Good work ethics and team work.

      Cons

      Top management decisions sometimes cannot be justified.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
