      Pros

      Worked 8 to 5 and not much overtime. Coworkers were nice. I learned a lot and knowing that the company manufactured things that people use everyday was kind of cool.

      Cons

      Hard to progress. Not many opportunities to grow. There were a lot of people that were there doing the exact same job for 20 years. Even if you wanted to progress and were high potential, you were limited.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
