Pros

The people are nice. It's a well known and respected company. Internal promotions are common. Great place for a first job, but not more than 3-4 years. Get some experience then get a better job.

Cons

Pay is not competitive after entry level positions. The amount of work and mandatory overtime expected is not adequately compensated. Many positions have too many responsibilities with inadequate compensation as well. People often leave the company for better paying positions elsewhere. This leaves the people who are less competent or foolishly loyal in the upper management positions. The Union can be difficult to work with for the salaried employees.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
