      Pros

      If you are one of the Graduate Engineers selected into the firm, Hands down you are in the best place to be. You would be provided ample of opportunities to learn and perform. 1) Management provides ample of opportunities to young graduates. 2) A lot of focus on care and development of young people joining the organization. 3) Open door policy, Interactive and supportive managers.

      Cons

      1) Working hours may be high depending on Plant requirement. 2) Not much visibility of business at lower levels.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
