      Great benefits, great 401K plan

      Cons

      Lack of communication, lack of leadership, no face time with management if working night shift, management constantly changing hours, no clear direction of where the company is going, too many upper management changes, not willing to work with employees with mental illnesses.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
