Pros
As a full-service agency, it provides the opportunity to work on all types of design projects—web,print, product, digital. It's a good entry level graphic design position.
Cons
There is no room for advancement within the company. Issues with management make employees unwilling to stick around for more than a couple years. Minimal training. Poor overall communication. Not a lot of variety in clientele.
