Pros
Great co workers, friendly management. Pay is nice if you can get a position that provides hours to go with it.
Cons
I initially loved it here, but recently have been extremely agitated at the lack of ability to move into better positions. Every opening is extremely competitive and it can take years to move on from your current position no matter your qualifications.
