Pros

Work load is reasonable, benefits are great, pay is alright, and they are very flexible with time.

Cons

Everything takes at least 4x longer than it should. If you actually follow the procedures then you won't get anything done. They are ridiculous about policy and process, corporate is pretty much useless. They have a problem paying on time and are difficult to get to pay milage or any other reimbursement.

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
