      No defined workflow for architecture role. Movement to management leadership is the only path forward Lack of AI/ML based projects for existing client as more focus is on the hardware Salary hike is heavily dependent on sales cycle and it impacts engineering.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
