      Opportunities for advancement if you are willing to travel. Good benefits for continious education.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Forget about work life balance. Leadership is completely disconnected from the plants. Onboarding is very poor and people are left to figure it out.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
