      Excellent pay. Industry competitive benefits. Nice severance package when you get laid off.

      Cons

      Employees are strictly a commodity; you will get laid off, it’s just a question of when. Technology is only average. Internal processes are only average.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
