Vacation policy is stingy in US. Anticipate layoffs soon since the company will split into 2 separate companies within the next year. Weak vendor management processes to handle outsourced service providers. Weak IT leadership with significant nepotism. Decentralized IT budgets that negatively impact opportunities for leveraging economies of scale, best practices, enterprise standards and creates a bloated software portfolio based upon subjective selection criteria (i.e., personal preference of sponsor).
