      Great company and good perks being on the field. Toronto branch management backs you up when required. Management is old but good. Good training provided though not as good as one would have thought.

      Cons

      Layoff when difficult times. Low pay compared to the market specially when starting out.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
