      -Union isn't strong -Management is all over the place -No communication between managers/supervisors/departments and production workers -Feels like Employees are just drones or just a number.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
