Pros
I was able to learn a lot working as an Adm. Assistant in the field. The Project Managers have the needs of a dependable and confidential team member, when they have contractual work to be completed. I worked at two (2) of their assignments from setting up files to owners monthly financial reports. I was also taught to read drawings and acquired certification for OSHA.
Cons
When a person has been working in the field as an Adm. for more than a year they should be given the opportunity to be assigned to the next location that has a opening instead of getting another from the temp agency. As long as the work was up to par. Having an already experienced Johnson Controls field Adm allows the Project manager to spend less time getting the office in the manner he needs it to be.
