      Company is slow when investing in Technology from a systemic and human resource standpoint. The weak systems causes frustration and slows the processing of transactional activities.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
