      Some really nice colleagues, intelligent and generous with their time

      Cons

      Full of cliques, management were awful - since I left they were all made redundant but there is a horrible culture there

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
