      Pros

      Pay is good along with opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Work life balance was not encouraged. Long hours, weekends and making yourself available 24/7/365 even during PTO was the expectation. Leadership changed direction and goals so often making it hard to complete projects. Senior leaders would rather move work offshores despite poor quality just to save a little money.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
