      Smartvue Inc was a startup and was acquired by Johnson Controls before I joined. A small workplace and freedom to work on all the available products.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
