      Pros

      Lots of training opportunities, and chances to participate in ambitious projects, involving people from several countries. Professional, well prepared workers and managers. Quite flexible environment, and project oriented mentality.

      Cons

      Office politics and hierarchy gain way too much importance as a project runs along. Hard to run long term projects and strategy, as every two years managers, objectives and departments are shuffled.

      Pros

      Excellent office culture...we have each other's back and everyone is there for each other on the quest to provide the best customer experience. We bring a, "whatever it takes" mentality to our workday. Best part of our job is our work family.

      Cons

      High pressure industry that must be managed daily. We save lives! That brings a heavy responsibility to what we do and means we must remain focused at all times.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
