      The work culture is good. People are eager to help you. The benefits provided by the company is good. There are numerous ways to for professional and personal growth. It offers a great horizon for learning. I have seen a tremendous growth in myself over the course of few months.

      Cons

      The environment is a little too friendly (which is positive factor but not always). Like every office, the politics inside.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
