      Pros

      Flexible schedule for family. Safe, clean working environment. Employees taken care of. Employees get a bonus almost every year as long as the division had a good year.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in the company. Lots of changes in the company right now and that makes employees nervous about their future.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
