Pros
Very inclusive and supportive environment at local level. The product the company provides is of highest quality. Management and co-workers are very supportive and compassionate. They were family to me.
Cons
At the end of each fiscal year, HQ lays off up to 10% of the workforce. From October-December, EVERYONE is on pins and needles. The bottom line is all that matters. You are only a number and the quality of your work or your level of integrity does not matter to the decision makers in Milwaukee. Management has ever-increasing workload and responsibilities due to yearly lay-offs and their level of stress is through the roof!
