      Fantastic campus and great co-workers. Get to work with people from all over the globe. Great work / life balance.

      Cons

      Zero challenges. Continual reorganization plans. Constantly spinning your tires as management changes their mind on a month to month basis on what they think is important and what they want to see. Feel like you're consistently doing busy work.

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
