      Pros

      Large company with a lot of history and many successful projects. You can learn how things are getting gone and there are a lot ot people that can support you in your everyday work.

      Cons

      My personal opinion is that there is no good project management that causes a lot of stress and overtime. Missing or no good training program.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
