      Cons

      Office politics, toxic work culture will leave you exhausted. Read all the negative reviews on Glassdoor, and they all are true. Co-workers don't share much without politics, team members blatantly lie about one another to look good, higher management pretends to not understand anything, and HR is a tool for the higher management.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
