      Pros

      Uma empresa que sempre visa o crescimento, muito preocupada com a segurança do funcionário, pensa grande e inovadora. De uma forma geral é bastante comprometida com a ética, nunca tive problema quanto ao pagamento e também nunca tive prejuízos, o que é muito bom visto a maiorias das empresas hoje em dia.

      Cons

      Forma ótimos profissionais e não valoriza para mante-los na empresa, sua remuneração não é muito boa, a maioria dos profissionais da empresa tem ótima formação, muito preparo técnico e vem a empresa atras de experiencias depois de 2 anos vão em busca de reconhecimento e salários melhores.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
