      Very unorganized Lot of turnover for supervisors so that mean current supervisors have to work 10-14 hours a week Very bad communication on schedules Lazy employees on the line Very old facility and technology

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
