Pros

It is a paycheck if you can call it that. There are no other reasons I can think of. The benefits are no good and the pays sucks.

Cons

Upper Manager does not care about an employees work life balance. They expect their employees to be on call 24/7. The New Jersey Branch is poorly managed . The HR department always sides with managerment even when bulling and harassing is going on.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
