      -Stable company -Onsite opportunities -Salary on time

      Cons

      -legacy code -incompetent managers -work life balance is not good -no refreshment activities, very bad cafeteria. You have to stand in queue to find a place to sit in cafeteria -if you are from IT background please stay away. you will regret within a month for your decision if you join. -It's an HVAC company not IT.
