      Overall culture has been degrading over past few years due to acquisitions and mergers. Benefits have been cut for cash flow, and JCI is slipping in their market position

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
